Pets welcome with a $100 pet fee.
Have a four-legged friend? They are totally welcome with an additional $100 pet fee. Just let us know if you'll be bringing your pet along when you make your reservation.
Alder House is a non-smoking residence (both inside and out). Any violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine.
Per our listing, we have a 4-person maximum in this house. Unauthorized overnight guests will be charged $500 per person.
We do not allow parties, events or loud noise. Any violation of these rules will incur a $500 fine.
Guests may use the indoor fireplace if they certify that they will do so safely and will be responsible for any damage due to its use or misuse.
Guests will have access to the entire house except the extended basement area.
The house features two bedrooms (one king, one full), a fully stocked, open-concept kitchen with stove, oven, toaster, drip coffee maker, wood burning fireplace, WiFi, two smart TVs, Nintendo Classic mini, record player, dedicated office, mini-split heat and AC, full bathroom, Public Goods products, organic bed linens and towels, charcoal grill, outdoor dining and lounge areas, outdoor deck, fire pit with Polywood Adirondack chairs, and small private pond.
