Owner is very pleasant, area is very convenient, it felt clean and safe. The room could have used possibly one more lamp near the door for better lighting and the TV could be a little lower on the wall but those aren't deal breakers just my opinions. Would stay again for sure.

Couldn’t have been any more cozy. Cabin was private and roomy. Bathroom was spotless and the staff were very accommodating. Highly recommend for a quick getaway or an extended stay.

I’ve stayed here before on a couple of my annual summer visits. It’s been around along time and it’s updated and very clean. Most of all it’s very reasonably priced. The host was very accommodating and helpful.

This is one of my favorite places to stay. The place has been relaxing, quite and just 100% accommodating w anything they could do. I have really enjoyed my stay and I actually booked an extra few days because I have had such a wonderful time. There is plenty to do, there is plenty of places to eat. This place is amazing !!!! The main complaint I have is that the bed is very uncomfortable. I barely sleep due to the poor quality of the mattress. The hotel and the clerk at the check in desk were wonderful.

I have stayed at the "School House" many times, and I love how quiet. I know the manager and I just met her soon Royce. It's funny I retired as a captain with American Airlines, when we had to go back to Dallas Tx, it was known as back to the School House! Funny and I flew Pratt and Whitney Engines, and Rolls Royce Engines. Very funny. I now live in the 1000nd Islands, and visit friends in Maine. I therefore head south to North Conway NH to visit close friends living there. I love that MOTEL...Regards, Capt Garth D W. !!! Merci
