DOG FRIENDLY! Simple and Cozy Apartment Just Mins to Loon Mountain and Waterville Valley by RedAwning

Clean and comfortable 1 bedroom apartment located in a perfect spot for you to enjoy the White Mountains. The apartment is on the first floor and provides direct access to the parking area. Located conveniently off Exit 28, and provides convenient access to Loon Mountain, Waterville Valley, and some great trails nearby. 


There is a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a sofa in the living room. Dogs are allowed for a fee.


TV is equipped with Roku for you to connect to your favorite streaming services during your stay.


Pet Policy


Dogs are welcome at our home at an additional fee of $35 per reservation. Please dont let the pet up onto the furniture, especially sofas and beds. Guests must bring their own towels and disposable bags for their pet.


Guests must carry their own pet bed. Evidence of any pet soiling/damage on the bed or bedding may incur extra cleaning or replacement fees.


As responsible pet owners, Guests agree to accept full and complete responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by the pet or suffered by any person during the stay.





Note: The cleaning crew has been replaced(due to issues reported in some reviews) so you will be welcomed to a sparkling clean apartment. We take pride in providing clean and cozy accommodations to our guests.

Campton Hike Trip
Very cozy place to stay; however, bring your own toiletries. Only hand soap in the bathroom and kitchen. Only two bath towels total for two people/four nights. No hand towels or washcloths. Plates and mugs, but no regular glasses.

Loved it!
Wonderful and clean space. The most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on, it’s quite firm but squishy. Easy in/out access. Dunks is walking distance, but I suggest the two minute drive to Mad River Roasters, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you we will be back.
