Property and the room we stayed in appeared to needing some repair. Walls were very thin and we could hear our neighbors and people in the hallway. On the plus side, the staff are very nice and the buffet breakfast is quite tasty. Also there are some wonderful hiking, state parks and attractions nearby.

Staff was amazing, and communication during and after booking was excellent. The building (built in 1830) was excellently maintained, and furnishings/decor struck the perfect balance between period and modern. The included breakfast was cooked and served in the upstairs dining room (former ballroom/meeting room). Parking was adequate and on site. The surrounding area was convenient and remote enough to be quiet, yet near necessities. The on site pub had excellent food and was reasonably priced. All in all, it was an amazing experience (for our 50th wedding anniversary), and everything we'd hoped. We'll be staying again.

Beautiful location! The properties are impeccably renovated and look beautiful inside and out. All staff are friendly and helpful. A real pleasure to stay here!

Absolutely beautiful property. Delicious breakfast and Shelley and Drew were fabulous hosts. I couldn’t recommend the benn conger inn enough.

This is a wonderful gem not far from Ithaca. Rose and Rachel are kind and personable. The room I had was spacious and relaxing. The breakfast was incredible. I truly enjoyed my stay and hope to return again!
