Communication with James was great. He made everything so easy. We really appreciated the park pass. The beauty surrounding us was spectacular, especially when it snowed Sunday. But it was the little things that raised it to the top, like plenty of Kleenex, soft towels, wonderful bath products, comfortable bed, lots of pillows. Location was easy to find, and the heated parking garage was so helpful. We have traveled extensively and this was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in. The unit and pool area are wheelchair accessible. The deck has a view of the Three Sisters Mountains and morning coffee on the deck was a highlight! The unit was clean and well stocked, and overall a great fit for our needs. The host was attentive and very accommodating. Having access to the parking garage and private gear locker were underrated amenities that made our stay much more convenient and hassle free. The hot tub and pool were relaxing and well maintained by the resort. Would definitely stay again. ##### Jacob W.
