Great location for Banff area visit

Planned a ski trip with friends. Easy access to mountains, perfect unit for a group and Canmore is a cool town. Perfect stay!

Long weekend stay

Location was amazing, host was very communicative. New pots and pans needed and some wine glasses, but that’s a small thing. Otherwise a great location and space for two families (or more) to enjoy.

great stay

Easy to get to from Calgary. Easy access to Banff and Lake Louise w/an added benefit of allowing us to acclimate to the altitude. We appreciated the property as it easily accommodated our large cousin group (3 couples, Grand Ma and two bachelors). Hot tub, grill and large kitchen were big pluses. Passes to the parks were a nice touch.

Perfect family accommodation

Our family of 7 adults and 2 infants were very comfortable here for two nights to attend a wedding. The condo is well equipped with everything we needed. The hosts communicated attentively. Highly recommend.

Great place!

Great place. Easy access and check in, love the big kitchen table and the fact all rooms had their own bathroom. Beds were comfortable and usb charger in nightstand. Missing a few minor things in the kitchen like baking sheets, whisk, but overall well stocked. Would 100% stay here again.

Golf Trip Perfection

Four golfers stayed at this unit and couldn't have been happier. Good sized bedrooms, comfortable beds, no sharing bathrooms. This unit is well built with quality appliances and fixtures. Lots of hot water for showers. A very quiet location but close to everything.

Mountain retreat

I rent the house for my family to attend a wedding. The house is spacious, full amenities, close to trails and services. I love the mountain view from bedrooms. The house has 4 bedrooms spreadout over two floors. We have seniors in the group so staircase is not ideal for them. We enjoy the hottub. It is a great way to relax on cold nights. We has great time staying at this house. .

Comfortable and Convenient

Well-maintained property within walking distance of several decent restaurants. 20-minute drive to Banff. The five bedrooms plus sofa accommodated the eight family members in our party, however the lowest level bunk beds were not ideal for our 32-year-old son. Many steps between floors and split-levels so avoid if that's an issue. Hosts were quite accommodating and easy to get hold up. We'd stay here again.

Perfect getaway for friends and family all under one roof!

The Mercer #4 is perfect for large families or group of families to stay in beautiful Canmore. Each bedroom has a full bathroom and the basement suite is large and has a half bath. The living room also has a large pullout for extra guests. The large kitchen was a great place to gather and plan our days together. The townhouse is well stocked, was very clean and had everything we needed. Bin and Austin were quick to reply to any of our questions or requests. We would definitely stay here again!

Great for adult families

Lovely place. Nice for bedrooms to have their own baths. Owners very responsive to questions. Only gave four stars as we did not have hot water the first night (fixed next day) or internet for five days (bad router, but it took five days for company to come out and replace). No internet means no working baby monitor, excess data usage for phones, and some problems with WiFi connected phones.

Family Birthday

It's a beautiful house with stunning views and the family enjoyed being together to celebrate a big birthday. It's well situated within proximity of the center of Canmore and within driving distance to Banff and Lake Louise. Communication with the host was challenging as he seemed to have difficulty speaking or understanding English. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. Shower floors were yellow and slimy. All in all it was a very good time spent with family.

Fantastic Stay in Canmore!

We were a family of 11 staying at this spacious and centrally located townhome. It was exactly as described - half bath+bunk bed on the ground floor, and 4 bedrooms with 4 en-suite bathrooms spread across the upper two floors. The host was extremely responsive and even left us two complimentary National Park passes to use during our stay. We had two SUVs and they both fit fine between the garage and driveway spaces. The home is a quick 5 minute drive to the market and walking distance to multiple eateries. It’s also about 15 mins to Banff. Would recommend without hesitation!!!

Large townhouse with great location!

Our primary destination was Banff and the Icefields Parkway but our decision to stay in Canmore was a great one. This large townhouse was perfect for our group of 6 where we needed at least 4 bedrooms. The fact that each bedroom had it's own large bath was awesome. Big dressers and large TVs in each bedroom a plus. We also liked the garage access. Kitchen had plenty of dishes but could have used a few microwavable serving bowls. The location was perfect and the private hot tub a real plus. Would highly recommend this place. Just be aware that it has a lot of stairs. That wouldn't stop me from renting here again though.

Perfect for a Wedding Party

Stayed here with our bridal party for our wedding at Silvertip. The parking situation is brutal 2-3 cars of parking only and street parking is a nightmare! So many bedrooms and so many bathrooms worked perfectly for us. We wished it was a bit cleaner, some hair was in the showers and on the bathroom floors. Had a hard time finding the pillows and blankets for the bunk bed in the basement too but we found it eventually hahaha. Overall it worked really well for us!

Super clean & great location

We stayed here on our trip to visit Banff and was not disappointed. Canmore is a great place to be and the townhouse is only a short walk to town. Parking here is easy. Beds are very comfortable - a bathroom for every bedroom - a luxury! This place is clearly a rental - it is very nice but a little bit sterile feeling. Our family mostly hung out in the kitchen as it was the room you enter when coming in the front door. The family room was a half level down. We were mostly spending out time outdoors. Owners a responsive and easy to deal with. The Banff passes were a nice bonus. A+ rental!

Great family spot in Canmore

Tough year for snow but there was still skiing and snowboarding and the relatively "balmy" January weather (high 30's and 40's) were great for walking around. Canmore is lovely and the mountains are spectacular. The bedrooms (3 king beds) each had a bathroom. We enjoyed the hot tub, the fireplace and the tv in the evening but there could have been more seating. Loved the long kitchen table for family meals. The hosts were helpful and provided cribs and high chairs. The only downside for babies was their obsession with trying to go up and down all the stairs and there are a lot of stairs. Kitchen was well supplied. Balconies had great mountain views. Easy to walk into town and the Elevation Center was a big help with play areas and pool for the twins.
