Great location - close to bus stop for transit into Banff, restaurants and grocery stores. Easy underground parking, included. Kitchen adequate for what we needed. Comfy beds. There were 5 of us and we needed to use the sofa bed - as usual there was no duvet for the sofa bed (the other beds all had them). However, on contacting the owner I was advised to go to the reception desk of the nearby Paradise Resort Club, and there was a duvet waiting for us when I got there. Would stay here again.

Good location for walking to stores and restaurants. Reasonable driving distance to parks.Reserved parking spot was undersized and not able to be used since large truck was adjacent. But able to find alternative on premises

There was no hair dryer in master bath. The jets on the tub and the floors weren’t clean. The shower head in the master bath was barely working. The shower door in the other bathroom would not shut fully. It was a nice place but with the different problems and for the money we were a little disappointed.
