The fireplace was very temperamental. It was very easy to access Banff and the park. The property was clean, well stocked with kitchen items and clean towels. My only wish was for a softer pillow option. The property managers were easy to contact. The only hiccup with communication was caused by the VRBO app failing and not allowing me to log in to the inbox.
