Er bemüht sich mit totaler Hingabe um seine Gäste, gibt tolle Tipps für die Umgebung, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants und bereitet jeden Morgen ein liebevolles Frühstück im Garten zu. Besonders der hausgemachte Apfelkuchen……

“The owner is very warm and considerate. We arrived later than the time we told her and she called us to check was everything ok. She also gave us an ipad with a lot of site visit suggestions and great restaurants recommendations which are really helpful. Her mother is also very nice and welcomed us with a coffee from their fancy app and superb machine. Rooms are clean and uniquely designed, while hotel is just 5 minutes walk away from centre.”

“Location curatissima, panorama mozzafiato, colazione da campioni (consigliatissimo il toast proteico). Cura per l'igiene, cosa che soprattutto in questo periodo ci ha fatto piacere: in casa non si possono utilizzare le proprie scarpe; vengono messe a disposizione calzature igienizzate. La spa è a disposizione degli ospiti dalle 18. Camera mansardata, ampia e confortevole.”

“We had a great stay. We were warmly greeted when we arrived. It was a cute little apartment centrally located. Good location clean comfortable bed and very quiet. The staff was very helpful and we will definitely stay here next time we come to Lugano. ”
