"This location was beautiful and close to nature. Our family enjoyed fishing every day and caught many catfish from the kayaks, conveniently located on the property, and from the dock. We also enjoyed seeing deer, fox, and waterfowl everyday. The only issue we had is that we were specifically told that the dock was deep enough to accommodate a pontoon boat, and we relied on that information when making our plans. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we found the water at the dock was only about one foot deep, making it impossible to safely bring in or use our pontoon as planned. Our stay was in September so perhaps the water level fluctuates periodically. We really enjoyed the property and had a great time with our family overall, but the inaccurate information about the dock caused us to change our plans. We contacted the host about this issue and were told the host would contact us to discuss the issue but we were never contacted, which is surprising considering how responsive they had been to that point. Other than this issue, we would absolutely stay here again."

"The property is in a beautiful location that is very peaceful and quiet. Our host was wonderful to work with and incredibly hospitable!! Thank you, Ches!! The cabin was well equipped and super clean. The bed was very comfortable, too. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay, and will definitely be back!"

"This was such a great spot for a get away for couples or small families. We loved the view of the lake and the sunsets. Our host was great. She helped with anything we needed in a quick manner. She also recommended some go to places which was helpful! The cabin was welcoming, cozy, and a feel of being at home. Definitely recommended a stay here!!"

"Well the place was great, beautiful property, very clean! The only issue we had was the easy water access, we had emailed the host to ask where the access to the water & never got a response! We did go to a restaurant called Papa Z & asked the waitress where the best place to go swimming that was not an hour away! There was also a loud bang round 1030 pm on Friday that scared the heck out of us & never found out what caused it! Otherwise, we had a great stay & would definitely come back!"
