“Very dusty bedroom, wood panelling behind the bed was full of dust and cobwebs. Shower tray had black mould present. Kitchen had alot of cobwebs, dead spiders. Fridge seal was filthy, oven glove had holes and was burnt needs replacing. Windows inside are filthy and to top it off dog poo left for days which you had to try to avoid in the dark. The owners are trying to sell the property and are clearly not bothered.”

“Excellent stay at the Hopping Hare. Food is really really good and the room was large and comfortable.”

“We had a great stay at Fawsley Hall - the staff were incredibly helpful and the food / breakfast was fantastic!”

“Great ”

“Decent room, perhaps a bit of noise from guests (Friday night) but spacious and comfortable room. Reasonably priced. Pub meal was on point and better than it was previously. Staff were great. Parking was fine though not many spaces if arriving at a busy time.”

“El B&B era estupendo ,la familia encantadora y muy atenta. El desayuno muy bueno y abundante y las habitaciones muy limpias. A 5 minitos del centro.”

“No tienen gimnasio, el desayuno deja que desear y el servicio no es bueno, pides que te limpien la habitación durante la estancia y lo repites y no han hecho nada en toda la estancia ”

“This older home was well maintained and comfy. It was close to the centre of Banbury and down the hill to Banbury Cross and the statue of the lady on the horse. Breakfast is included and there is a wide range of cold or hot meal options; there is a kettle in the room with tea bag’s and coffee packs with sugar and UHT milk made it easy to have a hot drink in your room early morning or in the evening. For being on a busy road it was very quiet. Michelle is welcoming, but leaves you to get on with...

“Terrible. La recepcionista decidió cobrarme con la tarjeta equivocada y no me hizo la factura; ocasionándome problemas con la contabilidad de mi empresa. Por la mañana, desayuno lento y no practico para alguien que tenía una agenda muy ocupada ese día con muchos kilómetros por delante. No los recomiendo”

“The hotel was good, we stayed for 2 nights and we booked half board. The room was a good size, however, few touches would make it look better, like changing the carpet colour, headboard and blinds. The room was a bit old but was clean, which is the most important. The staff were friendly. The first night they didn’t have a buffet, and the Grill restaurant was fully booked, so we had 2 courses each at the bar. It was included in the half board. Breakfast was standard continental and English....

“Service charge of 10% is a bit high on the restaurant bill.”

“Very helpful, friendly staff that made you feel at home, but also gave you space. The room was very clean and was cleaned everyday. Breakfast was of a high standard although it would have been even better had fresh fruit been included. We ate every evening in the restaurant and the food was amazing”

“Beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff, reliable wifi for business travelers. I arrived before check in time and the owner was very kind and gave me another room that was ready. Local community is very close but kind to outsiders. Convenience store very close by. Will definitely stay there again when I travel to that area. Thank you Jaimie and crew, I truly enjoyed my stay!”
