Flat on the first floor of a modern building with a lift and a shared outdoor swimming pool, it can host up to five guests, just 310 m from the beach. It consists of an open-plan kitchen, a dining/living room with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double plus a single bed, a full bathroom with a shower (curtains), and a spacious balcony. One uncovered parking spot is included.
