“The pool was empty dirty and in a dangerous location with no protection. The house smelt disgusting and we couldn't stay there. Vrbo and the property owner had the cheek to not refund us the full amount holding back a substantial amount for 'cleaning' which is ironic to say the least. This property looks nothing like the photos! ”

“Very nice budget friendly hotel in Palma. Nice decor and amenities. Rooftop pool during a heat wave was very appreciated. Onsite parking was a plus considering the busy area. Nicely situated for the Hop on Hop off bus which is only a few blocks away. Many restaurants nearby.
Room was a decent size. Kids sleeping on the sofa bed found it uncomfortable with the bars being felt through the mattress. Regular beds were comfortable. Had a tiny table with only two chairs which was not convenient for……

“El lugar estaba sucio, descuidado, con fuerte olor a moho. Los colchones vencidos y se sentían las tablas del camastrón! La puerta no cerraba!!!
Nos apareció una cucaracha y había suciedad por todos lados. Le comentamos al del front desk y su respuesta fue hay que pena vamos a informar.
Solo íbamos a estar por una noche y necesitábamos dormir pero nos tocó colocar toallas en las camas y almohadas para no sentir el polvo y suciedad.”

“L'hôtel est très bien situé, à max 100m pour prendre le bus et à 5/10 minutes à pieds de la partie festive de Magaluf. Il y a un parking juste de l'autre coté de la rue si on loue une voiture.
Le personnel est très accueillant , peu importe l'heure d'arrivée.
Le seul point négatif que nous avons eu : la table haute de la cuisine n'a jamais été nettoyée, elle était sale quand on est arrivé et les mêmes traces de saleté y était quand on est repartie, on ne l'a donc pas utilisé.”
