Good vibes

Ladera Resort was even better than we imagined. Our suite was incredible-the best view & amenities. The entire resort staff was extremely kind and helpful (special shout outs to Vianney, Felix & Ariella). Highly recommend booking a meal package because all the food is incredible. We were so happy to stay active utilizing the outdoor gym, fitness center & hiking trails with incredible views. Highly recommend Ladera for your honeymoon or any special occasion!

The view was absolutely beautiful. The villa was very quiet and peaceful being right by the water. The staff were incredibly sweet and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and the excursions that were available through our hotel.

The property was smaller than we expected and didn’t have as much activity for adults. Also, we thought it was ADULT ONLY, but that only applied to certain areas of the resort. But, we still enjoyed ourselves. It wasn’t too crowded, the place was clean, well maintained and the food was delicious. A lot of the staff could use some “customer assistance” classes. They were not friendly, or helpful in many instances. Some acted like they just couldn’t be bothered when asked questions or for assistance. Several times we sat at tables or bars “waiting” while staff glided past us like weren’t there. Again, it wasn’t ALL, but it was too many for that big establishment and that was very uncomfortable and quite annoying. Overall, other than those few hiccups, it was a great experience for us.
