Everything is top notch. There are more activities available than you could possibly do in one day. The food and drinks are excellent. It is expensive but you also get a lot for your money. At first, you may think the resort is very expensive, however, when you factor in that the food is gourmet quality everywhere you go, food and drinks are accessible all day long, spa services are included with every day of your stay and they are excellent and there are nonstop activities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are standard but we spent virtually no time in them, so that was fine. Weather is beautiful except for the occasional rain shower that passes pretty quickly. Overall, our stay was excellent and we are already talking about the possibility of coming back soon. It is no wonder that almost everyone we met has been here many times. Staff hospitality, fabulous. Signature activities, invigorating. Entertainment, wonderful. Food, I wanted for nothing and the supplemental dining experiences were worth doing. The wellness cafe was particularly nice, I looked forward to my coffee and ginger shot daily, staff was always uplifting and so on it!! Housekeeping and turndown, perfect. It was hard to pick out one thing but I would certainly return forYoga, meditation/breathing and aerial yoga experiences with Rashika Todarwai, challenged me, encouraged me and I will be grateful for her daily. I traveled solo this time and had an absolutely fabulous experience. I fully embraced everything the resort has to offer, often doing three to four different activities and fitness classes a day. There is such a great variety that it’s easy to stay motivated, energized, and inspired throughout the day. In between activities, I enjoyed incredible meals that were both delicious and nourishing. BodyHoliday truly strikes the perfect balance between wellness and indulgence. I also met so many other solo travelers, which made the experience even more enjoyable—there’s a real sense of community that forms naturally. A special thank you to the Bodyguards, who go above and beyond to keep you engaged, supported, and entertained. Their energy, encouragement, and genuine care make a huge difference and really elevate the entire experience. I left feeling stronger, refreshed, and already looking forward to my next visit. Food was up and down. Some restaurants were great others not so much. Portions were very small in the main restaurant. Got food poisoning on the last day. Beach is not the best small hard to walk and steep slope to get in the water.
