What a wonderful piece of heaven. The staff was absolutely wonderful, the food, service, cleanliness… I can go on and on and any compliment would still not do it justice. I highly recommend staying there and will certainly stay there when I’m back.

Clean room. Very nice staff.

Everything was up to snuff!

An Outstanding Stay with Truly Wonderful People! My stay at the Barceló Hotel was exceptional, thanks above all to its wonderful staff. Everyone was remarkably competent, professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. What made my experience especially memorable was the beautiful surprise they prepared for my birthday—a delicious cake accompanied by lovely drinks and heartfelt wishes. Such thoughtful gestures demonstrate that true hospitality comes from the heart. The team made me feel genuinely...

Everything

My stay felt like extremely elevated camping, in the best way. The ecolodge is farther from São Filipe than I expected, but that ended up being a positive. It was peaceful and a welcome break from the hustle of the city. The views are incredible. From the front of the cabin, you look out over the ocean, and from the back, a massive mountain. On clear nights, I could even see Brava. I stayed in December and found the environment comfortable and calm. There were a few spiders outside, but very...

The staff was excellent, and the view was to die for and the location is very exceseble. The only problem is that I only stayed on night😂. The place is worth to stay more then one night.

Great experience, looks just like pictures, worthwhile resort…although pricy

This will be my hotel of choice, I will share this with friend and family... and will be back soon

Wonderful hotel in a wonderful location overlooking the city and the city's beach and port. Friendly, efficient staffing team. Thanks especially for arrangements to pick my up at the port where I had arrived on a boat from another island.

The staff is lovely 😊

Very nice clean and quiet room. Location is a short distance from the Pico do Fogo trailhead.

Really like everything about it

Amazing place to stay... fantastic clean staff, great breakfast! I will definitely be back! Thank you so much for the great stay.

Excellent hotel with decent breakfast options. Nice rooftop patio with pool.

The resort has everything anyone would need for a fun, relaxing vacation. Only issue I had was that some of the desserts were a bit stale, otherwise the food was very good.
