With our limited time this was perfect and did not disappoint. The room was cozy and the following morning, breakfast and espresso was ready to go. "The Hotel Staff, Property and Amenities are a true 5 Star Experience. Our room was magnificent. The over 15 foot vaulted ceilings and period furnishings in a fully renovated 15th Century Monastery made for an enchanting and romantic stay. The breakfast was à la carte and delicious. The fine dining experience was superb. The entire staff from the manager, Flavia to the front desk Eleanore, Mateo, Anna and the 2 Federico’s to the Restaurant staff, Alessandro and Orlando and the bartender staff Julio and Claudio were all excellent. And the other staff, unfortunately I cannot recall all of there names. They were all so gracious, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this Hotel."
