"Alles soweit gut, Lage sehr ruhig an Natur Reservat angrenzend. Agentur vor Ort hat sich gezeigt, niemand hat das Haus ĂŒbergeben und abgenommen, auch nicht erklĂ€rt wie die Heizung funktioniert. Keine Info an welchem Tag welcher Kehricht abgefĂŒhrt wird. Wir mussten zuletzt alles mitnehmen. Auf der Abrechnung wurde ein Abzug vorgenommen fĂŒr BettwĂ€sche, die wir selber mitgenommen hatten Elba ist unglaublich schön. Der Gartzwar super und das HĂ€uschen praktisch. Betreuung vor Ort nicht existiert und...

"House and location are okay. Not as exclusive as stated in the online description. We estimate the photos are 10 years old. The sea view is gone due to the trees in the garden of the neighbors. The worst is a poor set of kitchen and BBQ appliances are missing which simpler houses have automatically. The local agency did not get permission to adjust the requested equipments."

"Checked in early, they were kind enough to hold our luggage but we couldnt get the room because it was 10am. The route to get to the hotel was tough, too many curbs and single car roads the parking was complicated and seemed sus. Upon getting to our room, our luggage was there waiting in the room, but the hotel and room seemed like a prison. The hotel was outdated and didnt feel comfortable. They were nice enough to put a crib inside the room without us asking for our baby."
