Car Rental Khlong Tan

There are many exciting adventures to be had in Khlong Tan, but head farther afield and you'll find even more magic. Arrange a set of wheels and you can meander around the surrounding area at your own pace. Add these awesome drives to your travel plan:

• You'll discover Buddha Mountain and many other intriguing attractions in Pattaya. From Khlong Tan, it's roughly 60 miles away.
• Next stop? Hua Hin, which is around 90 miles away. Hua Hin Railway Station is one local draw card you shouldn't miss.
• Get into nature and inhale the fresh air at Klong Plu Waterfall. It's 160 miles from Khlong Tan.

If you don't have a driver's license issued in Thailand, then you'll likely need to get an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your place of residence to be allowed to rent a car. Please also consider that if you do need an IDP, it has no validity on its own. You'll have to show your current driver's license your passport and other forms of identification as well. Lastly, make sure the credit card used to book the rental vehicle matches the name on your driver's license and passport. Some additional requirements for international car rentals are:

• Age restrictions: You need to be 25 or older in most places to rent a car. If you're younger, it might still be possible to rent a car but you'll have to pay a Young Driver's Surcharge. Additional restrictions may also apply to the types of vehicles you can rent.
