Great location. Located beside a mall and walkable to MBK and Siam square (around 20mins walk). Not close to BTS but direct link to blue line mrt. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only thing is the housecleaning service. The floor was not cleaned daily because I can see my hair lying around everyday. It’s only the last day when they finally cleaned the floor. I have nothing to complain except for the house cleaning.

For the most part we had a very nice stay at the Valia hotel. We did not receive all of our gold benefits as often happens when Hotels.ca says that we will get them. In all of the years that we have had different benefits we have only received a room upgrade once and we did not get one at the Valia ...
