We have stayed here several times. Most recently in the build up to our wedding at Hensol Castle. The facilities and rooms are great, the breakfast is fantastic and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. We are staying again tomorrow night and very much looking forward to it.

All of the staff were friendly, efficient and completely responsive to our requests. All in all the hotel offered a high level of facilities and service and the location is ideal whether for visiting Cardiff or exploring the surrounding countryside. Highly recommended.

We were on the first floor so the window was so high up you couldn’t see out of it. The quilt cover was ripped at the top and had been put on inside out. The shower was ok but no instruction for use were anywhere to be seen. Staff were very helpful. It was a bit noisy at night as sound proofing isn’t amazing but good enough. The pitch of the ceiling in our room came down low enough that I could hit my head on it.
