“Oh my word this place is incredible. Bed was comfortable great location and the original aspects of the old building brought up to date with modern convenience. I think Jennifer and I will be getting more acquainted because I have a hard time finding a decent place to stay when I come to my hometown to visit. Carlinville is good little town close to my hometown and made attending my best friends wedding in Gillespie a breeze. We will be back.”

“The house is beautiful. A very comfortable stay. It was very clean and well stocked with anything you might need. The host is very gracious. She was quick to respond to any request and reached out to us when we left something behind. We were able to retrieve it before leaving town. It was a lovely place to stay. Highly recommended.”

“The room was clean. The water pressure was good. There was no safe. The coffee was horrible. The rrom slept 3 people but they only had cups and coffee for 1. The morning breakfast was not very good.”

“Kudos to this property. It has been a long time since I have been to a hotel that was thoroughly clean. The entire hotel smelled, looked and felt clean. For someone with OCD, this was a huge plus. This will be where I stay everytime I visit my niece in college.”
