“Very nice B&B near downtown Gettysburg. Very nice welcome from staff - we got there a bit late in afternoon or early evening after excessive traffic coming from Philadelphia - both rush hour and construction. Room, bed and amenities very nice and comfortable. Gas fireplace in room. Room located in different building from main office. One on flight of stairs then 2 smaller flights to room. Room was spacious and very clean. Located on the main road into and out of Gettysburg so rather noisy at……

“This property was a disappointment. We arrived and the code we were given did not work. A tour guide helped us w a completely different code. We were put in the Delaware room. The room is extremely dark, poorly lit, and don’t bother opening the drapes or shades as there are people sitting right outside your window on porch. My favorite is the tour groups, which congregate right outside the door to the room. We had to excuse ourselves to get through the groups each time. Even more fun…the group……

“We stayed in the General George Meade room which was located in the Main House- a key location next to the pantry (espresso & Keurig coffee, teas, treats...) and a half bath near pantry (key if you need an extra bathroom!) and lobby and kitchen. The room was spacious, very clean, soft towels, and COMFORTABLE BED, good size shower, great shower head pressure, 2 pillow types to choose from, LOVELY decor and "peace and quiet" only 2 miles from downtown. The 2 breakfasts we enjoyed were skillfully……

“This place is the pitome of a heavenly bed and breakfast stay. The host, Melissa, and her family are amazing people.
