“Unfortunately, the room was not very clean, and there were a lot of bugs throughout the room. Ants were especially noticeable, so if you are allergic to ants or are very sensitive to insects, I would not recommend staying here. The cleanliness of the room definitely needs improvement, and the bug issue made the stay uncomfortable. That said, the staff was very nice and helpful. We got locked out of our room during our stay, and they were quick to help us get the issue resolved.”

“I am so happy with my accomodation, i asked thru email if i can do a early check in and they said its su jext to thw availability of rooms. Gladly, there was a vacant room when i cam at 8am, so i got it i dont care paying a little additional payment because it really worth it ( and shuttle bus to the airport is free) I cant imagine where to stay while waiting for 2pm to check in. “The pool is excellent, just the weather is not sunny most of the days. The major problem is transportation. It is difficult to call uber or taxi to come and pick us from the hotel, the place is a bit too far from Mactan downtown. The hotel staff is helpful for calling meter taxi for you, however, we met one taxi driver he insisted for a fixed price! Which is more than double of meter taxi. That day was a rainy day, we seemed didn’t have a choice, and we had waited for a taxi more than 20mins……

"👍 服務人員會很有耐心的解釋所有細節也會給一張類似說明書？的注意事項看到你提行李也會很迅速來幫忙 👍 我們每天都有請他們打掃衛生紙、毛巾、牙刷那些備品都會協助換床也會重新整理好 👍 樓下就有7-11蠻方便的肚子餓可以去覓食 👍 其實距離Ayala也很近我們有走過一次但後來因為買的東西確實蠻多的就搭車比較方便 👍 空間很大我們兩個行李箱擺著還有空曠的位子可以走路空間利用很棒 ❗️ 飯店的電視我不知道是不會用還是怎麼了只聞其聲不見其影其實我就是好奇他們的廣告電視劇隨便轉而已也沒有要幹嘛…"

"入住3週，員工親切負責，客房清潔很乾淨，床的軟硬適中，讓我入住期間都不會腰痠背痛。飯店的位置極好，五樓大廳跟隔壁百貨有連通道，吃飯、超市採買都非常方便，而附近餐廳、速食、咖啡店也很多，生活機能非常好，真的很推薦這間飯店。"

"Checked in took far too long as only 1 personnel manning the large reception area. It was 8pm in the evening. The only lady was dealing with a group of 3. There were 5 others waiting. After I complained as I waited 15 minutes, she called another staff to help. Such a big hotel with almost full occupancy, as told by the staff, should schedule more at the front desk. Others like security and concierge and housekeeping were adequately manned. Should be more up front with the closure of the swimming pool in booking websites. I am a regular guest of Radisson Blu hotels worldwide, the stay was still pleasant and maintained well, above average and value for money. Very good location."

"員工非常有禮貌且熱情，服務也很棒！在頂樓酒吧是我這幾天最開心的兩個晚上！房間大且乾淨，毛巾也是乾淨，硬要說個房間上的缺點，大概就是上下層的隔音，但是，我想那是很多大樓的問題！餐廳提供的食物份量也很足夠，服務人員也都是笑容可掬，或許是開放式空間關係，有時候在一樓大廳也會聞到食物的味道，持續一直聞到食物的味道，反而會稍稍微覺得困擾！"
