Enjoy your stay in our quite and clean condo just steps from the beach and pool. Relax on our spacious balcony that overlooks the pool while listening to the ocean sounds. Inside you will find a large family room, fully equipped kitchen, and luxurious master bedroom. Located close to downtown, across from the beach and a short walk to the pier and Freeman Park - you will have lots to do!

Keyless entry with door code - will not meet guest upon check-in but will be readily available through the message center

Quiet North End of the Beach. Just south of Freeman Park and the Pier

•Steps away from beach access - access the beach right from Sea Oats drive where the condo is located.

• Walking distance to Freeman Park.

• Near bars and restaurants, deep-sea fishing charters, the marina, and lots of outdoor activities.

• Short drive to Carolina Beach State Park, Fort Fisher, the North Carolina aquarium, Kure Beach, and the Southport ferry.

• 40 minutes to Wilmington International Airport (ILM).

• 30 minutes to downtown Wilmington.

Our Welcome packet located in the condo will have additional information on how to get around the island
Dogs allowed ($50 pet fee per dog). We ask that dog is not up on any furniture or beds, and is crated anytime you leave the property.

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful home. It was so close to the beach and came with all the beach supplies that you need for a great trip. The odors are quick to reply if you have any questions and will hope to be back again soon.

Wonderful experience
Everything was wonderful. The condo had everything we needed to have an amazing time. It was very clean and there were small touches that made us feel at home. We were thankful to find somewhere that allowed us to bring our dog with us. The location of the pier was closeby and it was nice to have somewhere to eat and gather without going to the boardwalk area. Highly recommend!

We loved staying at the condo. The host provided a lot of nice touches to make us feel welcome. The condo was very clean and nicely remodeled. The closest beach access was closed due to erosion but the next access point isn't too far (the next street over).

We enjoyed our visit very much. The place was clean. My only complaint on cleanliness was a gosh awful smell coming from the sink it appeared to be from a disposal of some sort. Putrid. Other than that it was very well kept. The mattress in the main bedroom could use updating. Not trying to sound like a negative Nellie, just giving constructive criticism :) We would recommend this place and we would definitely consider returning! Thank you for sharing!

Just perfect
Condo was clean, very well-appointed, comfortable , and adorable. Just the right mix of classy and cozy. The owners were nice, and quick, in their communications. Location was ideal for us, far enough away from the "center" of activity to be quiet and peaceful, but still close enough to access easily. Hearing the surf from outside and being able to walk to the beach in no time at all was magical. Our stay was exactly what we needed and a balm to our souls. Thanks!!!
