I booked this property due to the central location to Boone. Confirmed our arrival at 3pm and our room was not ready. Staff told us they would call when cleaned but didn’t. Had to find a cleaning staff member to get it cleaned up. We traveled with two small pets and very disappointed in the manner the property was kept clean of pet waste. Receptacles had not been emptied and were full. Waste EVERYWHERE you stepped. It was disgusting! There is no good area to walk pets if you are traveling with them. Our room was not cleaned for the 3 days we were there even when we had removed our Do Not Disturb sign. I will not stay here for any future trips to Boone.

Nice, pet friendly hotel. Things were pretty clean. Hot water with good water pressure. Comfortable bed. Make sure you leave by 11am or they will disable your key. We were loading the car and got locked out at 10:51am. Had to walk around the outside of the bldg to go ask them to re-activate the key for the last 10 minutes so we could finish loading the car. Decent indoor pool and hot tub. However, the hot tub was on the fritz and the jets barely worked. We made the best of it though. Overall great stay and we will stay there again.

I never leave reviews unless im super impressed. You guys stand far above your competition and the newer hotels that just opened. Your extremely clean, aware, breakfast/coffee/treats/lemonades, etx for your guests is wonderful! The access i to your building, elevator and rooms is super easy and accmmodates your guests to a T.
