I’ve stayed at many hotels and this was beyond the worst experience I have had. Check is was terrible and upon walking into the room we were horrified. The terrible lights didn’t help the room either. The carpet was damp from the humidity and the bedding looked like it was stained. We restroom had a few bugs here and there just crawling on the toilet. And then breakfast just topped off the experience. Slimy eggs and uncooked potatoes. There are waffles though if that is all you need for breakfast. Truly was a 1 star experience. Our expectations were not high but upon arriving it just kept getting worse.

This hotel has a convenient location, however it is the nastiest hotel from the exterior, that smelled of urine to our room that had extremely dirty carpet and side chairs. The dampness and terrible smell of mold in the room that still had a nasty smell after opening the window and trying to give it some fresh air. We had the cover, sheets, and mattress cover replaced due to urine spots and regrettably saw large urine stains on the mattress while the staff was changing the bed. This hotel is in drastic need of a serious deep cleaning and management change.

Dirty sheets in all 3 rooms they tried to put me in, mold/mildew smell in rooms, ice machines broken, atm broken. It was horrible. I did not stay and they refused to refund me my money. They kept the entire week's booking costs. It was nasty.

Turned on light in bathroom and a cockroach was crawling up the wall behind the vanity mirror. The breakfast was lackluster…biscuits, gravy, Belgium waffle stand, yoghurt and oatmeal. No eggs or sausage or bacon and no bread for toast.
