Great location, nice staff, could use a bit of an upgrade, but it was a pretty comfortable stay. Housekeeping didn’t come in even though I had the placard on my door for them to do so, that was a disappointment but all in all it was fine. I would stay here again.

We stayed in an accessible room and it was very roomy and comfortable. Like many older buildings, access to outlets for devices to recharge was limited, but we managed. There was a mini fridge, microwave, and 4 cup coffee pot. The mattress was a little soft but we had a good night sleep. The included Continental breakfast was better than almost any I've seen. Oiko high protein individual yogurts, apples and oranges that were fresh and high quality, and three kinds of cold cereal. There is ample parking and a relaxed vibe.

I stayed at the Hardman House for 3 nights. All the staff was so helpful & kind. David in particular explained all the amenities & answered any questions we had. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was a quick grab and go they offered cereal , orange juice , toast , yogurt and oranges and apples. The parking was very easy and accessible they offered underground, outside of the hotel and outside on the street as well.Overall the room I booked met my expectations. My stay here was great. I will definitely be coming back to Hardman Hotel when visiting Carson City. Thank You Hardman Hotel Team for making my stay welcoming.

Staff was great! Very courteous and helpful. Hotel and rooms could be cleaner/updated - marks on walls and floors, 1 bedspread was stained, ripped curtains, furniture old and dingy, shower stained/discolored. But, this is an older property and we were not expecting perfection. Beds were comfortable, shower had hot water, and everything worked. TV was a little funny to operate but still better than no TV! Parking was tight but we came during a holiday weekend so they were full. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay again.

It is a very quiet hotel. The bed was new and comfy. The room was clean and the bathroom was updated. It is an old hotel with low ceilings in the hall and in need of new hall carpet. It is a family owned and operated property which they are working on renovating. I don’t think that is a negative, just what it is. Very pleasant place to stay and in a great location in Carson City.

The room was very clean, thee staff very friendly and the parking was easy to maneuver either outside or the parking under the building. For a senior it was real helpful having luggage carts.

The hotel is old, but it had very friendly and very helpfull staff. The Expedia rating said 4 stars and Google read 2 stars. ?? Gooogle was right. There is no phone charging plug in the room, so bring your own, the TV would not play channels. It was stuck on a service provider home screen. Staff had to fix the TV each day. The bed looks like it is on a temporary bed frame with metal straps. Amazingly is was comfortable for me. The walls in the hallways were dirty and scuffed. I put the please clean my room sign on the door and it was not cleaned. The breakfast is the bare minnimal. I was not immpressed. McDonald's pancake meal is better, Very good rates, but I was decieved by the ranking.

No air conditioning. Took a ac unit, put in our room. Nothing worked in room, until we call for help! We didn’t sleep well at all. Too hot for grandma, she was feeling sick, so we checked out one night early. Forgot my charger for phone. I had called to retrieve. It wasn’t turn in from house keeping. The help desk said “ they probably threw away!” Very upset. We didn’t eat breakfast. Staff did the with what they could. Thank you.

Parking was adequate, the rooms were clean, but the air conditioner was not working something they neglected to tell us until AFTER we checked in. But fortunately (and unfortunately because heat rises) we were on the third floor and could open the windows. But we had to use the garbage can to hold it open and there were no screens on the windows. We spent two miserable nights with nothing but an empty promises to have it fixed by the next day. Add to that a hairdryer that didn't work and a very limited breakfast, and let's just say we won't stay there again!

Other than the tiny toilet, short person shower head (I'm 6'4") and the annoying people on the 3rd floor running a marathon all night long the stay was excellent. Check in was smooth and simple, parking was easy.

This is a quaint older hotel going through some repairs. It is very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a good place to rest your head on a long drive. The continental breakfast consisted of cold cereal, white toast w/ butter and jelly, orange juice,coffee, and fruit. Enough to take the edge off and get ready for another long drive.
