Overall, it was three stars out of five. The room could've been cleaner; I tend to be very picky in this area. I could've pressed the issue, but our time spent in the room was very limited. The property is dated, could use some updating, but feasible. The staff were very courteous and there were no issues at all. The location is great because once parked, you can walk the entire downtown area without having to get out in traffic. If you're looking for a place just to lay your head and the rest of the time is spent on the move, not a bad place to stay.

Beautiful place. Amazing views. I would stay here every time. The property owners were very nice and answered any questions I had. They made sure I was taken care of. If you are in pigeon forge or gatlinburg, stay here.

Great distance to various things. Staff were kind and helpful. Place was perfect for our group of 5 (3 adults 2 kids) they had a pool table and ping pong table the kids enjoyed using. Will definitely stay here again!
