Foxfire Mountain Tours

The only complaint I have is with the river view room balconies. Rooms that can hold up to 4 only have 2 chairs on their very large balconies. I would think there should be at least enough outdoor seating for everyone in the room. And the other complaint is that the trees and shrubs growing along the river are growing up into the lower level of balconies. It seems some landscaping should be done there.

The Pros- The location was AMAZING! Close to the Parkway and attractions, but also away from the crowds. The condo was spacious and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. Bonus- We had a beautiful mountain view from our balcony. I was given a number for security at check in. I was traveling alone with my 2 teen daughters , and I always felt safe. The cons- super thin walls! We heard kids running and screaming above us THE ENTIRE TRIP! The pool was right outside our room, and same thing- kids SCREAMING anytime we were in the room. I once had small kids too, so I understand. But if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing trip, this might not be the place for you.

Was really nice, great setup, fully equipped, comfortable with superb views of the mountains. The pool, hot tub and sauna are very nice after a day of hiking. The location is ideal, the national park and Gatlinburg are both just a few minutes away. The furniture was a tad worn but overall very satisfied.
