“First of all, this hotel is almost brand new. That being said, birth, my shower and sink faucets failed to work properly. I was unable to set them to a consistent warm temperature. The shower was the worst. I almost scolded myself trying to take a shower as I couldn't regulate the temperature to a comfortable setting. The sink now much better. I advise management, and they stated a maintenance person would take a look at it. They also showed they would text me and let me know whether the faucets……

“This is the second time I stayed in Hilton Garden Inn, it’s comfortable and an easy place to stay, there are a lot choices of food nearby, good for a business visiting ”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western in Plymouth Ma. When we went to shower we noticed that the shower portion of the bath did not work. We immediately contacted the front desk and were moved to a different room. We appreciate them being so helpful and accommodating.”
