"Can’t say enough great things about this lovely home! So clean, fresh and bright! The downstairs bedroom and bathroom was perfect for my older dad. The location couldn’t have been better. We easily walked all around town and the town is so great! Very quiet and so many places to eat and shop! Will most definitely be back and may even stay in the Barn!!"

"My two sisters and I loved everything about the place especially the kitchen and the temperature control via AC or heat. The only concern about the place is that it took 1-3 tries each time we had to unlock the front door by code. There was supposed to be music to help but couldn't really hear anything. May need some attention but have to admit we never alerted anyone at the time thinking it was related to our ineptitude! I tried to do this review on the Vacasa site but the page never came up...

"We were so happy with this property, it was the perfect space for three busy moms to get away and relax together. So clean and well thought out, appreciated all the little touches. "My aunt and I were looking for a central location for shopping in and around Old Orchard Beach area. Perfect location. Quiet and clean. Host was very quick to answer any questions. Easy to get to and easy to get into when we arrived. Thanks for a wonderful getaway!"

"Great views. House pretty clean & supplies were fine except only 3 coffee cups for 6 adults. VACasa said they would get more cups. They failed, never received. Some lights didn't work & lots of dead bugs in light fixtures."

"Kitchen fully stocked. Comfortable beds. Comfy little getaway. David is great at responding right away with any issues. Only negative review is it has portable air instead of central air, but honestly the ceiling fans are great."

"The home was very much as advertised. Nicely appointed with a traditional beach motif. The host was very responsive. The location is central to Portland and Kennebunkport. It also helped that we had great sunny and 70 weather. Walks on the beach everyday."

"We needed a comfortable place to stop on a long drive to Canada. The place was very comfortable and the owner communicated in very clear and helpful ways. I needed an extra half hour at check out due to a work commitment. She was accommodating, WiFi worked great and I was able to engage without worry. Will definitely seek to stay again as 1 1/2 days in Portland wasn’t quite enough to truly enjoy the area."
