"Very nice property! River view was so pretty! Didn’t understand why there’s no where to hang wet towels in bathroom. A mirror in the room would be nice. Needs a little updating. Walls are thin & you can hear your neighbors like they’re in your room. Otherwise very nice & we enjoyed our stay."

"We had a great stay. Our room was clean, and the hallways even had a fresh clean smell. Breakfast was plentiful with sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, potatoes, and waffle maker, cereal, juice, milk, coffee plus standard grab and go type items as well. Check in/out was a breeze. We stayed in the same hotel last year to attend the Singing in the Smokies. It is a recently renovated hotel that was just as nice this year as it was last year. "

"My stay was for 3 nights. Staff was extremely kind and made sure we had all we needed….very accommodating. Our room was very clean, beds very comfortable and great air conditioning. Plenty of towels and very clean bathroom. Iron and ironing board in the room came in handy! Breakfast consisted of oatmeal or cereal, microwavable Jimmy Dean sausage biscuits, waffle makers, variety of bagels, hot chocolate, coffee, and variety of juices. Ice machine close by and vending machines.I will definitely choose this Hotel when i am in the area again."
