“We wanted to love this. We stayed in the bunkhouse- that was what was available. It was NOISY. Think nyc apartment. The bathroom would use some TLC. Checking in was not friendly or seamless. Seemed like there was not a clear place to go and that we were in the way. ”

“Clean, cute, little room. Enjoyed looking through pictures and library. Nice walk around the property with pup. Rug in pet room had to be rolled up and put away but otherwise nice room.”

“The property grounds are gorgeous and the customer service is awesome. It has great amenities and is clean in general. We had a great time playing ping pong and enjoying the jacuzzi. It is close to the waterfalls, which we loved. A couple of things they could do better is update their TVs and make sure dishes are clean in the cabinets. We pull out a bowl and it was disgustingly dirty. Not a little smudge, it was dirty with food and not even rinsed.”
