“We stayed in The Cabin, which is a large converted pottery studio with a beautiful interior. Two king beds and very roomy. It was a beautiful interior with lots of amenities, such as a refrigerator, (no freezer). Lots a windows with a huge outdoor patio area. The location is fine. Note that Cashiers is a one light town. There is a fairly large grocery store about 5 miles away. You drive most anywhere you need to go. Very nice restaurants nearby. The brewery that is next door is a fun place to……
“If I could give Brook Trout Inn ten stars I would. Julie, her husband Steve, and their right hand woman, Holly, were welcolming, friendly and helpful. The facilities were spotless, the breakfast eggs were cooked to order with almost everything else you could ask for to start the day. Run, don't walk to this Inn the next time you are in the area and need somewhere to stay. Who needs a chain hotel when you can stay with what feels like family❤️?
Also, we brought our 17'9" boat and parking was no……
“We absolutely loved our stay! It felt like a very relaxed inn out on the west coast or a cozy summer camp. A gem in the Highlands! Immaculate vibes and no pretentiousness that can sometimes be found in the area. Everything was thoughtfully curated and styled. It was truly relaxing. We enjoyed the firepit they had going in the evenings and the convenient and delicious coffee bar in the lobby each morning! We will be back soon!”
“Loved this motel ,very clean very friendly staff. One staff member recommended a wonderful restaurant in Georgia called the Blue Hound BBQ it was excellent. The restaurant was only 15 mins away. Very quiet and relaxing.”
“Lovely cabin with a very comfortable bed. A little tricky to find at first. WiFi was great. No cell service. Clean and neat with a warm and homey feel. Good communication. I would recommend this properly. ”
“The breakfasts were fantastic! The added use of the upstairs porch added to our stay. The porch was a great place to enjoy the cool breeze, read to each other and play games. We stayed an extra night to enjoy the inn and surrounding area.”
