Behind the desk was Carol she was rude not just to me but 2 other couples in different rooms. you left the office in tears with her mean and rude words, This was not my first visit to the resort but Carol made sure it would be my last,”

“Dirtiest place I’ve ever been. We asked for new sheets and they didn’t change them, just made the beds with the exact same sheets. We walked on white socks, and after 5 minutes, they were black. There’s mold everywhere and it doesn’t matter if you ask for a non-smoke room, it still smells like cigarettes.”
