“Needed a place to sleep for a few nights in July while in town visiting my sister and came across the Nocturne Motel. Enjoyed my stay there - if you're looking for an affordable, clean and comfortable place to stay would highly recommend. AC ran cold to keep the room comfortable for sleeping. All in all a great value, would definitely stay there again.”

“There were places like the fan blades that had not been cleaned in sometime. There is a light right next to the entry door and when you open the door to go in, the flying bugs storm in. There were also pots and pans etc. but no range or similar. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I love little mom and pop motels but this was a bit gross. I also had a ocean view room, the windows were so dirty I couldn't see out thru the hase. oh, the room is maybe 10ft off of probably the busiest street……

“I killed 4 roaches in my room during my stay. The staff were very nice, but the property is run down. My kitchen area was a formica table and chairs, and microwave sitting atop a mini fridge. No sink! Also, I found a piece of broken glass beside my bed. I’m just thankful that I didn’t cut my foot!!! It was I could find at the time, but never again.”

“This was a perfect little place for a solo traveller; quiet, clean and comfortable. It was a short walking distance to everything like coffee, restaurants and shops. The beach was just across the street. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Traveller tip: the cajun restaurant across the street is a fantastic place for dinner.”

“Okay the room has a mini split the AC is right where the bed's at so that helps you keep cool but it takes like a whole day with this heat that we're having it could be an ice machine also in a property I mean when I was checking in you know it took me like 10 minutes to get a hold of the I guess the property manager but hey for the rate that I paid was excellent and it was so close to downtown to the beach so you got to give and take what I stayed there again no I'll try to find a better hotel”

“What a run down motel. You get what you pay for. We were just trying to stay close to Rockville event. We saw drug deals and prostitution at back of property and all along the street beside the motel”

“There are absolutely no amenities. Not even a phone in the room. While the location and staff were nice it’s very dated. Beds were comfortable pool was great. Parking is a serious challenge. For a quick getaway it’ll be OK longer than a weekend no.”
