“It was a very old complex. It was clean and we liked the location and the bed was very comfortable. The doorwall off the bedroom balcony didn’t lock well and was very drafty. The front door was very temperamental it opened with a key pad. The manager gave me the code for the lock box with the key. I had to use the key half the time. The parking lot was always full and we had to park across the street and it was hard finding a spot there during bike week. I won’t be returning.”

“Condominium was perfectly located, squeaky clean, and very nicely furnished, decorated, and equipped...particularly the kitchen. We would stay again...highly recommended. ”

“This was a great location, beachfront!! Over the pool, amazing sun rises. Condo is comfortably appointed. The only issue we had was there was absolutely not one roll of toilet paper at the condo so we had to run over to Walmart. The cleaners had been but didn’t leave any . Thank goodness there were some Kleenex ”

“It was overall nice. The view was nice and the rooms were comfortable the toilet was running water due to the handle being loose but the staff responded quickly ro fix it. Since the unit is by the elevator we could hear the constant ‘ding’ of the elevator. If they could make that ‘ding’ less loud that would be very helpful. ”

“Overall, it was a nice (but small) unit, and communication with the owner was easy. Check-in and check-out were also seamless. The unit was clean and had everything we needed, including a coffee pot. The bedroom bed and Murphy bed were comfortable, but the sofa bed was not. The VRBO ad for the property needs updating, however. It states that it's an 8-bedroom unit which is obviously incorrect, as it then goes on to describe only 3 bedrooms. In actuality, this is a 1 BR unit with a sofa bed and...
