The Mulberry tree country apartment

Family-style apartment with a separate entrance, consisting of 1 double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen-diner equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a double-door refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser, a terrace with a table, a garden, and a parking space. Guests will be provided with everything needed for daily cleaning. LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED; however, sheets and towels can be provided for a fee. I have a husband and a son, a cat, and a dog. In the summer, we rent out our house and move into the basement, so a portion of the garden is for our personal use; the close proximity to our guests often allows us to build lasting friendships. The garden has a barbecue, and we often organize barbecues with our guests<br>. Nestled in the countryside of Castagneto Carducci, 2 km from the historic center, 4 km from the sea, just a few kilometers from Bolgheri and the stunning Gulf of Baratti, and close to the most famous wineries along the Etruscan Coast. The Cavallino Matto, Tuscany’s largest amusement park, is 3 km away.
