“The location is great, it is up on a mountain past Londa but to get to it you need to go up some ver inclined hills, definitely a different experience for someone looking to be away from the big city. The host was a very attentive super friendly guy that made sure we got there safe and was always there to help us. ”

“We couldn’t say enough about our stay! The grounds were beautiful, the rooms were very clean with a great Italian flare. There is lots of history to the property that we enjoyed. We loved our wine tour, and Thomas was extremely knowledgable and friendly throughout our experience. The resort was quiet and peaceful, with only a 20minute taxi to Florence we were still able to explore the nearby city. The front desk was extremely helpful and every worker went above and beyond. “We had a clean room with a beautiful view of the Poppi castle and Tuscany landscape. The concierge recommended some incredible restaurants during our visit which were so good! The breakfast was basic but still good, and parking was readily available. Highly recommend! ”

“If you want to experience a more home like setting with welcoming host away from all the tourist this is the place for you! Beautiful farmhouse only 30 minutes outside of Florence. Home prepared meals with local or home grown produce on fine antique china. Overlooks mountains and Vineyards. Host cater to your preferences and very knowledgeable about area. Room was ultra modern and comfortable. Food was amazing and authentic local dishes. Highly recommended if you want to experience life outside……

“This was easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in since arriving in Italy. We had air conditioning, a television, a great WiFi network, and a working fridge. This location is not central and we struggled finding a ride out in the morning but other than that Fiesole is a gorgeous town with phenomenal food and great views. Would stay again at Villa Bonelli in a heartbeat!”

“La camera era posizionata sopra una struttura di pannelli grecati con zanzariere rotte il bagno sporco con calcare nella doccia sportelli doccia con ruggine camera con muri sporchi di zanzare schiacciate sui quadri un dito di polvere,colazione minimal al momento di pagare non funzionava il pos. Parcheggio esterno molto scomodo. Non consigliabile assolutamente”

“Absolutely wonderful location. Beautiful pools, private jacuzzi tub, great restaurant, and well maintained grounds. They also have an organic farm and game preserve which supplies their dining program. The staff were incredibly kind and genuine. They called and reserved a taxi at the time of our check in for when we departed (the driver was also incredibly kind). The restaurant staff was kind and helpful at dinner and their continental breakfast exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this……
