“It is an apartment hotel , 30 mins drive to centre of nice . Besides the room there is a balcony and a small kitchen . But there is nothing around this hotel apartment , no glossary , no restaurant around . The great news is , it had a small pool ,the bad news is the wifi didn't work at all, although the technician come and try to fix it but it still doesn't work for 2 days until we check out ! The only way to access the wifi is in the lobby but it is so weak and can,t support more than 4 people……

“The service was very good and the staffs were very nice. It was so good that we could use the rooftop pool and jacuzzi of Splendid Hotel just near by. However, seems there was no air-conditioner although I am not sure if it was due to we didn't know how to operate it or not. The big problem was located in bathroom. We have big expectations to take a bath in such a big and beautiful bathroom. However, seems the bathtub stopper was damaged so all the water was flow away. We could only take……

The location is brilliant and is in short walking distance to most of Cannes hottest spots, as well as the train station. The staff were very helpful and friendly, at both reception and the cleaning staff. Not a bad word to say about our stay and would love to stay again on our next visit. “Die gebuchte Suite befindet sich praktisch im Untergeschoss; dadurch war es im Zimmer sehr stickig, da das Reinigungspersonal die Fenster nicht geöffnet und das Zimmer nicht gelüftet hatte. Zudem liegt die Suite direkt neben der Rezeption, sodass es extrem laut war und man jedes Gespräch an der Rezeption deutlich mitverfolgen konnte. Der Check-in dauerte ungewöhnlich lange, weil sich das Personal sehr viel Zeit liess. Es war nur eine einzige Mitarbeiterin anwesend, während etwa zehn Gäste……

“I booked a room with balcony and they gave me a small messy room in the first day. I was changed to a bigger room on the next day. The room was on the ground floor. The so called 'balcony' is the garden and the room was just next to the restaurant. I was woked up on 4 am everyday by the noises and the whole stay was terrible! Surely won't choose this hotel again!”
