“Perfect central location and ideal for exploring Nice and surrounding areas. I would suggest some mirrors around the apartment (there is only one smallish mirror in the bathroom) and a stand up shower is needed (we all had to have baths as the shower flooded the bathroom floor) I would recommend this apartment.”

“Our stay at Nice Hotel Côte d’Azur was absolutely perfect. To our pleasant surprise, the bathroom featured both a bathtub and a shower base. The only minor issue was that the shower gel dispenser by the shower base was empty—but we simply used the one by the bathtub instead, so it wasn’t a problem. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s location is excellent—right next to the Nice-Ville train station, making it easy to walk to Avenue Jean Médecin and the Promenade……

“As a 3 star hotel this place is amazing!! Easy walking distance to the train station, the beach, and the old town. Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms have clearly been updated recently along with their bathrooms. Simple but very well done. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic - even the granola is made inhouse :-) I only stayed one night but happily would have stayed much longer!”

“酒店处于老城的外围，外面就是新城行驶着有轨电车的街道。前台很热情，给我们升级到了另一个单元里带阳台的房间，房间虽是三角形的但有个客厅，可以看到外面新城的街道但看不到风情万种的老城，有些遗憾。早餐是在酒店楼下出门左拐不远处的一个餐厅里，8点开始，是套餐不是自助的。在尼斯的那两天正好都下雨，我们借了酒店的雨伞，但都被大风都吹折了，作为补偿也出于自愿我给酒店打满分。”

“The staff are so helpful and friendly. The pool area is very clean and pretty, recommend getting there fairly early to reserve a bed but it’s a nice peaceful area with great drinks and service. The rooms are comfy, clean and very aesthetically pleasing bathrooms. Overall a fantastic hotel in a handy location.”

“Sehr schöne große Zimmer. Wirkt recht neu bzw. gut gepflegt. Alles sauber. Große bequeme Betten. Super Klimaanlage im Sommer bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur. Kleiner Nachteil sind die 60 Stufen in den 3ten. Stock. Lage ist perfekt. 200 Meter bis zur Innentadt. 200 Meter bis zur Altstadt. 400 Meter bis zum Strand.”
