“BEAUTIFUL complete resort…what you imagine when visiting Tuscany for an ultra high end experience. Everything was fantastic including the dining in all 3 restaurants…I highly recommend experiencing all 3 restaurants and at least 2x each (Osteria Del Borro should be Michelin rated with 2-stars, it’s heaven…I recommend their tasting menu that’s full of surprise extras, like 6 extra tastings). Best included breakfast ever in a beautiful setting with super large wine cellar. All 3 infinity pools……

"Have bad smell coming out from the room. And the hotel using the strong lemon cleaning spray to cover the smell, at the end we can’t even breath and suffocated because of the strong cleaning stuff like detergent."

Serivce, location , room all great

"Great location that you are literally next to the duomo and the market very decent room The staff have been warm and very helpful , when we checked-out and need to get luggage 2 times that remains helpful and we continue to get flavoured water ~ Very reasonable price too"

It’s a highly recommended hotel in Florence!
