Fremragende udsigt, fås ikke smukkere.
Selve byen er ikke så spændende, men der er flere gode restauranter tæt på hotellet. Pæn stor Coop lige nedenfor hotellet, hvor man også kan parkere.
Montaione ligger perfekt i forhold til udflugter til Volterra, San Gimignano og Firenze. Vi fandt en lille perle tæt på: Certaldo! (Den gamle bydel, nås med funiculare).

“Nice place, very nice room and location. I found the room was nice aswell as the bed. Installations a bit old, it was hard to charge the phone except in the bathroom. Both the restaurant and the enoteca were closed because it was low season, but I had chosen this resort because it had a restaurant. Amazing view. I did not try the pool as it was closed. ”
