El cuarto estaba hermoso y muy bien ubicado de todas las atracciones a pie La casa de Julieta a pocos pasos Virginia fue excelente anfitriona y muy amable en todo momento. “Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“The receptionist was exceptionally helpful. She was very helpful in suggesting places to see, such as San Zeno, and good places to see. I even made her come after midnight after opera at the arena to help me to get in the door, even though that really due to my stupidity.”
