"Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable as well. During our stay Castle Rock received very hot weather 100 and higher. The air conditioner was a godsend. "

"The walls and shower were downright nasty. The floors were also dirty. When I got out of the shower with clean, wet feet, there was dirt where I stepped. When we entered the room, there was an overwhelming smell of bleach, but coming back to room a few hrs later, it smelled musty. The pillows were great, but the bed is desperately needs replaced. Also, disappointed the pool was closed due to maintenance issues. Also, note there seems to be some long term residents staying there. Not a horrible thing due to the current housing situation, but it looks trashy having the lawn chairs & other crap set up outside their door. We've stayed there before and it was much nicer & the pool was shut down then as well. "
