Check-in was quick and easy. The room only had 2 towels, a wash cloth, and a hand towel, and we were told we had to go down to the front desk to pick up extras. Due to Covid, no linens were switched over, which was fine for a weekend stay. The internet was horrible. We couldn’t even connect to it. They need extenders or amplifiers on the 2nd floor. The cable channels also weren’t working and kept buffering and going out. Our sound on the tv kept going out as well. Not normally an issue, but with 2 children, it’s a necessity. The front desk staff couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge customers past check-in and check-out. The to-go breakfast included items that had to be microwaved, so not really an actual grab and go breakfast, but totally fine for those going back to their room.
