"This is an outstanding property that is second to none in the area. A few things can be improved and brought up to date room-wise but still a bargain. The problem is ants in the bathroom and closet area. They can't seem to fix this problem and this is my 4th visit. You shouldn't see ants anywhere in your room. It made us uncomfortable thinking they might be everywhere in the room."

"This hotel was horrible. The room was awful. There was writing on the doors. The sheets were dirty. They had hair on them. The bathroom was filthy. The only thing good about the room with the TV. I asked the front desk for clean sheet. They said they didn’t have anymore and they didn’t move me to a new room. That was the worst motel I’ve ever stayed at."

"This was the best stay ever. I have never been treated so well! I can not thank the staff enough! The complimentary room upgrade + fruit spread and personal note? Omg! My heart! 😍 I have been following Chevelle on tour for almost a decade. I was staying there specfically for Tuesday night's concert. When I saw that envelope with my name on it, I thought, "Are we sure I am not on tour?" Management was so helpful! I made gift baskets for the band and brought sealed snacks for the crew. They offered to bring them to the head of entertainment so, that they may end up in the green room! The last two places refused to be helpful and gave us the runaround! The bartender and cocktail waitress in the lounge were so welcoming and attentive! Security at the show was friendly and not overbearing or scary. That was a first, as well! The front desk staff was not only also, very helpful, but they acted like we were a joy to assist. The valet and bell hop were very personable and polite. I definitely want to come back. I have shown everybody pics of the room! Once again, thank you!!! 😘"

"The area is not the best. Room was clean. Towels and linen were clean. Had to request more towels but staff was friendly and delivered rigth away. For the price I think it was excellent value."

"As a frequent visitor to the hotel the breakfast was dismal. Close to the-same dishes served, Monday and Tuesday as they were ‘out if everything’ delivery is tomorrow…’ same story Tuesday. They had one tea offered, no herbals, no green tea. This was not like other visits at all concerning the breakfast."
