“The room was very cold, and despite raising this with staff, I was initially told that the heating was functioning correctly. After complaining again, the heating was eventually turned on, which was appreciated; however, the unit was extremely loud and could not be used throughout the evening. The walls are also very thin, and noise from neighbouring rooms is easily heard. The room did not include any tea or coffee facilities, which I would consider a basic expectation for a four-star hotel. I……

È però utile sapere che le camere (quasi tutte) si trovano in una dépendance a circa 100 metri dal castello mostrato nelle foto. Il soggiorno è stato complessivamente piacevole, anche se da una struttura a 4 stelle ci si aspetterebbe una maggiore cura nella manutenzione delle camere. ”

Purtroppo la struttura ha i suoi anni e manca un'ammodernamento della stessa, molto ben tenuta, per carità e pulitissima, ma si vedono tutti gli oltre 25 anni di attività. Peccato perchè il posto è veramente meraviglioso ed i gestori sono veramente deliziosi”
