"Everything was put together so well. Very comfortable from top to bottom. The temperature controls for each room were so effective. Jennifer communicated well and quickly. "This is an excellent location for Waterfire, which we could see from our room and access easily. Good strolls and delicious food all very nearby in the lovely downtown that is Providence. Would recommend!"

Hector the host was incredibly kind and communicative, and he furnished the property with many amenities that made our stay very comfortable. When we come back to Providence, we will absolutely book this rental again! "

"Unit was set up well at first view. It is on a street with lots of restaurants. The unit was quite comfortable. Unit was clean. Problems are:1. We did not have extra trash bags or towels for a 1 week stay.2. We are not told that the unit was right above a club which went on till 1 am on weekdays and 2 am on weekends. This should have been disclosed before we booked. If you planned on sleeping before midnight you were in for a rough time.Also WIFI kept going in and out."

"Second time here. Loved it. Clean and like a hotel efficiency but cozier. Great view from balcony. Quiet neighbors. Street noise tolerable although ear plugs would help light sleepers. East check in and out and great communication. Parking is a plus. Will be back. "
"Second time we’ve stayed at one of Jennifer’s properties and they never disappoint. Apartments are clean, spacious, well equipped, and in the perfect location for us. Balcony has great view and nicely furnished. Very easy to access and while we didn’t need to park this time, that’s a huge bonus in Providence! We did have upstairs neighbors for part of our stay but hardly noticed as tenants observe the noise rules. Jennifer is very good at communicating/answering questions before and during stay. This property is just a couple of blocks from our daughters place, and about a 10 min walk from downtown and college hill, so we will be back for sure!"
